Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time as we work to get your order sent as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Tracking is included with every parcel, and you will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size or location.
Remote and rural areas may incur slightly higher postage costs due to carrier surcharges.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note: Australia Post timeframes can vary and are not always accurate. Delivery may take a little longer depending on your location.

Once Australia Post Has Your Parcel

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delays are outside of our control.
We are unable to speed up delivery times once the parcel is in transit, but you can monitor your order through the tracking link provided.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
We will always do our best to assist, but please note we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees.
