Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving them for store credit. Items must be in original, unused condition. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please note, refunds are not offered.
Store credit will be issued for the product value only — shipping fees are not included.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safely. Dusty Roan is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your item is received in its original, unused condition with original packaging, your store credit will be processed.
Our return address will be provided after you contact us via email (hello@dustyroan.com), to ensure items are eligible.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for an alternate size (item must be in original condition), please contact us at hello@dustyroan.com and we will give you an address to send your item. Proof of purchase or receipt is required. Return shipping fees must be paid by customer.
We reserve the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following types of items:
- Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit.
- Clearance items or items that have been marked down
- Items that have already been exchanged once
