Established in 2025,

Dusty Roan was born from a search for a saddle pad that was affordable, unique, and not mass-produced. When I purchased my cutting saddle, I struggled to find a pad that stood out from the crowd. While there were some beautiful designs available, many were still produced in large quantities.

That experience sparked an idea. I began researching what was involved in creating my own saddle pads with unique patterns and using quality natural wool that I would be happy to use on my own horses. I reached out to manufacturers and after months of communication, design work, and refining samples, the first Dusty Roan sample arrived. More adjustments followed, along with additional samples, until we were finally happy with the finished product. Our first collection was released in November 2025. 

Every Dusty Roan pattern and colour combination is created by us. From the patterns and graphics featured on our fishing shirts and shorts to the colours and designs used on our Ranch/Cutter Pads. We believe in creating products that are unique, practical, and produced in limited quantities so they remain special. 

 We do not use AI to create any of our content, it's all created by us, humans.
